Great Plated meal that is flavorful and refreshing at the same time. The rice pilaf is season with annatto, red peppers, and onions giving it a slightly sweet, nutty, and peppery flavor. The bright red color is a perfect base for the roasted flounder. Top off the dish with a the chopped roasted almond, cilantro, parleys, and lemon sauce.
